By using VibeCoders ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Terms

1.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

1.2 Username Selection

Usernames are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, violate trademarks, or are being squatted.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be terminated.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Lifetime Access

The $29 payment grants lifetime access to publish your profile. This is a one-time payment with no recurring fees.

2.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase if you haven't published your profile yet. Once published, no refunds will be issued.

2.3 Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing paid accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam, phish, or distribute malware
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

3.2 Project Links

Projects you link must be legitimate and you must have the right to promote them. We reserve the right to remove links to scams, malware, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display your content as part of the Service.

4.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Service Availability

5.1 Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

5.2 Modifications

We may modify features or functionality at any time. We'll try to notify users of significant changes.

6. Termination

6.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting support.

6.2 By Us

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for extended periods, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
